24HR EMERGENCY SUPPORT
Valence offers emergency support to its customers, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days per year. If support is needed outside of normal business hours, please use the following procedure below to reach one of our “on-call”service personnel:
- Call our toll-free phone number at (866) 927-4777, or if local please call (509) 927-4777.
- Once you hear our auto-attendant, select option 1 to reach one of our on-call technicians.
- After the greeting, please leave a voice message with your name, the name of your agency or company, your contact number, and a brief description of the issue.
- One of our technicians will return your call within 30 minutes or less in most cases.
- We will discuss your technical issues over the phone to determine if a response is needed.
- If a response is needed, our technician will make every effort to be onsite within the next 4 hours or less.

For those customers (large or small) who require service on a regular basis and would like to save money, we offer the option of benefiting from an annual maintenance agreement. This option allows you to leverage our time at a significantly discounted rate and obtain priority access to our services. This also helps you to budget your maintenance costs over the course of an entire year and avoid the unexpected and sometimes costly service call. We utilize a flexible model which can be paid annually upon contract execution, or broken down into twelve monthly payments. We have plans to suit most budgets and requirements. Currently, we have many of our Public Safety and Government clients on contract. In most cases, these customers have been subscribed to our services for years.
